Payroll

The System hosts a suite of routines for payroll processing: Variable data such as overtime and other various additions and deductions may be logged through the Transactions routine to be taken into account in Pay Slip calculation. It is possible to program the System to send informative messages to employees as transactions of certain types are posted to their accounts.

Reports

The System provides a comprehensive range of reporting routines which offer the user a wide range of filtering criteria and sorting parameters, with options to change report headings and to view reports on screen, output to file (which may then be viewed, printed, emailed or exported. Filtering criteria, sort options and report headings selected may be saved for future runs.

Employee Self-service Mobile App

This sub-module enables employees log their:
  • Attendance
  • Attendance Request
  • Leave Request
  • Time sheet update
  • View Pay Slip

Loans

Details of employee loans may be recorded here. An employee may have more than one loan at any given time. Loan repayment amounts are automatically deducted in the payroll process, and the respective loan records are automatically updated

Leave

Leave Dates, Return Dates, Flight and Ticket details may be recorded here for employees.. The System will automatically calculate accrued leave and other entitlements where relevant and create Pay Slips ready to be processed.

Termination of Employment

For employees leaving the organization, the System will automatically calculate Accrued Leave, End of Service Award and Terminal Pay (final settlement) and create a Pay Slip recovering all outstanding loans

Accounting Journals

The System will calculate periodical accruals journals on request. These may be viewed, printed and subsequently approved for posting to accounts.

Organizational Chart

This routine allows the user to create an Organizational Chart specifying the hierarchical structure of the organization and the number of staff against each position

Timesheets

The HR module’s timesheet features include automated time tracking, customizable timesheet entries, and real-time reporting. Employees can log hours worked, track project time, and submit timesheets for approval. Integration with payroll ensures accurate compensation, while customizable rules support various work schedules. Automated reminders and detailed reports streamline time management and enhance productivity

Attendances

The HR module includes features for accurate attendance tracking, such as clock-in/clock-out functionality, automated time recording, and real-time monitoring. It integrates with leave management to handle various leave types and absenteeism tracking, ensuring compliance with labor laws. The system generates detailed attendance reports and syncs with payroll for precise wage calculations. It offers an employee self-service portal for viewing attendance records and requesting leave, along with mobile access for convenience. Customizable attendance rules and automated alerts enhance operational efficiency and employee management.

Shift Schedule

This feature allows users to create individual or bulk employee shift schedules — employees to request shift changes, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to their needs. Additionally, the system offers a convenient print roster report function for quick reference and efficient organizational communication. This seamless integration of email features enables hassle-free communication, allowing administrators to promptly notify employees of their schedules or any approved shift changes.
