Alerts

This routine allows the user to log items of dress issued to employees.

  • Expiry of documents requiring renewal (Organisation &r Employee)
  • Requirement for Travel Visas (Employees & Dependants, Guests & New Hire)
  • Requirement for Transport to & from Airports (Employees & Dependants, Guests & New Hire)
  • Requirement for Parcel Dispatch
  • Requirement for Travel Arrangements (Employees & Dependants, Guests & New Hire)
  • Requirement for Event Booking
  • Requirement for Accommodation Booking (Guests)
  • Requirement for Hospitality Booking

Legalisation

Here, the user will be able to:

  • Enter new expiry dates, and new document numbers where applicable, of documents which have been renewed
  • Print application forms required for the renewal of documents

Travel

The Travel sub-module allows the user to:

  • Create a record of guests and a schedule of their visits to the Organisation
  • Create a list of new hire and their respective arrival dates
  • Enter Visa Detail
  • Enter Reservation
  • Check those who have been transported to & from airports off the Departures & Arrivals lists

Bookings

The System provides the facility for various departments to request bookings such as Hospitality Booking, Event Booking and Parcel Booking. These requests will then filter through to the Alerts sub-system where they will be handled by the staff in charge.
