The Call Centre module allows the operator to receive customer orders and payment over the phone and relay such orders on-line to a selected outlet for pick-up or delivery.

A call centre may be local to an outlet, or centralised to handle orders for multiple outlets. Features include call log by call centre, operator, outlet & customer.
